If you are developing/testing WingScan and need to completely remove the plugin so you can test multiple versions or are seeing unexpected behavior from the plugin after moving forward serveral versions you can use the expunge_webcapture.bat attached to this case.
You will need to run it as an administrator.
Once that has been run you will also need to go to c:\Windows\Downloaded Program Files and find and remove any CONFLICT.* folders that only contain:
It may not contain all of them, but make sure it does not contain EZTwainX.ocx or eztwainx.inf
You may also need to close open browsers to complete this process. Once that is done you should have completely removed the WingScan plugin from your system and are able to start from a clean point.
