Open Positions
Technical Support Engineer
We're looking for an addition to our remarkable support staff. Since one of our products, DotImage, is sold to programmers, our support engineers must be programmers as well.
Responsibilities
- Answering technical questions about our products over the phone, email and through our web-based ticketing system
- Writing knowledgebase articles based on common questions
- Writing small programs to demonstrate how to use our products
- Writing detailed bug reports based on customer problems so that we can fix the product when necessary
Qualifications
- BS in Computer Science or technical field
- 1-2 years programming experience in any programming language. (Note: recent CS graduates are encouraged to apply if they have had programming internships)
- Great written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with .NET languages is a plus
- Experience programming web applications is a plus

Senior Account Executive
This is an excellent opportunity for a technology sales professional with an 8+ year track record of success in sales, including at least 4 years in channel sales, business development, or an OEM sales position.

Responsibilities
- Achieve DotImage new customer and OEM sales goals
- Be an individual contributor and a team seller
- Manage inbound sales leads and maintain prospect information in Salesforce.com
- Negotiate OEM agreements
- Attend tradeshows
- Deliver accurate forecasts
Qualifications
- 8+ year track record of success in technology sales, with at least 4 years in channel sales, business development, or an OEM sales position.
- Proven ability to sell document imaging, SDKs (software development kits), or other complex business applications.
- Strong desire to work in small, high growth company.
- Current ‘Rolodex’ of contacts in the ECM industry.
