The new company, Vizit Inc, will provide Content Visualization and Social Collaboration software for Microsoft SharePoint. The company will be led by Paul Yantus, an ECM industry veteran who is taking on the position of Chief Executive Officer and Rutherford Wilson who will stay on as Vizit’s Chief Technology Officer.
