We have an app using DotTwain 5. It works fine in our internal testing, but a customer is seeing very strange behavior with their Ricoh scanners:
When they display the scanner interface in MS document imaging, it looks like this:

When it comes up through the app using DotTwain, it looks like this:

This only happens on some of the computers being tested.
Some more info they sent us:
1) Tried latest TWAIN drivers from Ricoh for four models of copiers in use: 2510, 3035, c3500, 6500
2) Tried installation on multiple computers and copiers
3) Computers are running XP-SP2 with all latest Microsoft updates, .NET Framework 2.0 with latest Microsoft updates
4) Have full administrative rights to the computer
5) Scanning still works but changing of scanning configuration through the driver is not possible
" it has worked on two computers so far. One of the computers it didn't work on was essentially identical to one that worked. The same installation sequence was followed on both."
Since it works on some computers, it seems likely to be some difference in config/windows. Since it works in document imaging, it's likely related to .net and/or dotTwain and/or the scanner driver. Anyone see anything like this?
