 I'm looking for an example of printing from the Web using WebThumbnailViewer and WebAnnotationsViewer, multipage document printing where the Image is coming out of a database and is not in the filesystem.

 We need to be able to print multipage documents from the ImageViewer that are not in the filesystem but from the database.

You can use the sample that is in my blog article, the only change you would need to make would be to save the file(s) from the database to the image cache first.  Then you can open them as the article describes.
