    Burning annotations to a document

    Hi,

I am using the code from http://www.atalasoft.com/kb/article.aspx?id=10164&cNode=5M3M7A to burn the required Annotations to a document. This works well except for the following issues:

     1. If I create an annotation (without burning) on a Page 1 and then click Page 3 on the Thumbnail to bring up Page , in the thumbnails I can see the anno on Page1 and Page 3 has no anno which is correct. If I then click my Save Annotation button, the annotation from Page 1 is burnt to Page 3 which is not what I want. I want it to be burnt to the original page 1 which is the way the Thumbnails display it. Is this a bug or should I do it a different way ?

     2. The annotations layer remains on the page after they are burned to the document. So I have the burnt anno on the page and above that is the anno layer. Even if I open subsequent documents they will also still have the annotation layer in the same spot. Should I manually loop through and delete all annotations after I burn them to a document ??

    Thanks in advance.

    Dave
