I had previously been using the trial version of eyebatch and I just purchased the new version.  The installer runs and installs ok, but there is no icon to access the program...I have tried several times to install??? HELP!!!!!!!!!!!

Where are you looking for the icon?  I know that it installs one on the desktop and several on the start menu.  If you don't see them in either of those places, you can create one by going to C:\Program Files\EyeBatch2\ and right-click-dragging EyeBatch.exe to your desktop and selected create shortcut.
