    Hi there

                      We process images using eyebatch 2.15 through Adobe illustrator 10 saving to a network share, when it comes to saving the image there is a very long pause sometime 30-40 seconds per image any ideas?

    When you save the files directly to your pc, is it faster than on the network share?  If so, I would guess that it's the network share that's slow.
