Hello! I installed the 30-day trial version of EyeBatch successfully but when I tried to open it for the first time, it started to load and then nothing happens. I'm not sure what's the error because it didn't say anything. It just simply stopped right there, meaning no window of EyeBatch came up! I tried uninstalling and then reinstalling it again several times but it didn't help. I don't know what wrong 'cause it doesn't say anything at all. I'm using Windows XP Home Edition, Version 2002, Service Pack 2. I hope you could help me 'cause a friend just referred this product to me and I'm trying to explore this. Thank you in advance!
