We don't have codecs for supporting movies, so you'll have to extract the images yourself with another toolkit.  Once you do that, we have a few different commands that might work for you, but then you'd have to stitch the images back together.

 If you go this route look at the commands in the Atalasoft.Imaging.ImageProcessing.Filters namespace.  MedianCommand might work for you.
