I am posting here because I am looking for people that are interested in helping create a game using Visual Basic 6. We currently have 3 programmers, one is in college for computer science. Our goal is to create a MMORPG using Visual Basic 6. Right now we have a basic engine completed. The engine is designed so we can create several different games that are multiplayer, with almost no effort at all. Right now we're looking for graphic artists and more programmers. We have screenshots (using The Legend of Zelda: A Link to the Past's graphics.. only temp.) on our webpage. We have plans to switch the engine over to C++ once we get the knowledge on how the engine should work.
I'm looking for anyone who can help create different applications for use with the engine. Right now we need help with the scripting engine, level editor, and graphics. If you can make 2D graphics, and you're willing to work for free - let me know. We're also looking for someone to work side-by-side with us so we can develop a powerful level editor and scripting engine that is powerful enough to control almost the entire engine.
