Printing Tiff files

The tiff files I would like to display and print are 8 1/2 by 11 pages scanned 8 1/2 by 14. How can I print only the 8 1/2 by 11 portion of the page?

If this is an ImgX question, please post to the ImgX forum. It can be done using ImgX by rendering a specified region of the image to the printer's device.
