File Sequence Numbering

    File Sequence Numbering

    Hello,

    I am attempting to crop and save a batch of files, which have a complex numbering system including date/time and then ending in a sequence of 1 2 3 etc. When listed in the image file list they are in the correct sequece, however in the Selected images list they are then listed as 1 10 11 12 13 14 15 16 17 18 19 2 20 etc

    When cropping and renaming the files, Eyebatch is taking the sequence 1 10 11 12 13 14 15 16 17 18 19 20 2 21 etc.  then renaming them to TAU01 TAU02 TAU03 TAU04 etc.

     After hours of messing about with different permutations i did manage to get the sequece to convert correctly, with  1 2 3 etc converting to TAU01 TAU02 etc and sucessfuly managed to carry out several conversions using the command line.

    Unfortunately  after the spectacular death of the PC, I am now attempting to get this sequencing to convert correctly but with no success. As the images are a time sequence, maintaining the sequential numbering is important.

     Any guidance on how I can maintain the original numbering sequence in the renamed converted images.
