The best thing to do is to open a support case http://atalasoft.com/support -- we'd need to see the .aspx, codebehind (aspx.cs or aspx.vb), and .js files.

Just to make sure you understand, you need a special evaluation license to access the site through any url other than localhost.

Ok, thanks.

I was missing the license file.

Now Things are working fine locally.But when I access the same URL from some other machine, annoations are not seen completely. Also the javascript code for setting up context menu, moving the annotations fromt, back, forward, backward are not working.

Please help on this.

I assume that you checked 'c:\inetpub\wwwroot\PhotoEditor\bin\atalasoft.dotimage.lic' and there is a license there.

The evaluation license we issue will only work for localhost. If you need to try it out on another server, please contact support and we will make you a temporary server license that you can use on an evaluation basis.

1. I am using trial version of Atalasoft DotImage 8.0.

2. I have created a webform application with few effects and annotations. The application is running fine locally. Now I have published my web application.

3. When I Run that in IIS, i get this error;

Cannot find a license file in the following locations:
'c:\inetpub\wwwroot\PhotoEditor\bin\atalasoft.dotimage.lic'
