I have a problem loading annotations from a binary file saved by Imaging Professional 2.7 methods. No error was throw in the load operation, but no annotations were loaded.

 I made a little project that shows the annotation info from a couple of files.

 Any suggestion.

The annotation data you provided is not WANG.  They must be using some custom data format.
