Is there any way we can speed up the process of extracting images from a PDF document? The first page loads OK, but any other pages take 2 or 3 seconds to load. At this rate it would be quicker for our customers to print the PDF and scan it in!

What version of PDF Rasterizer are you using?  There are significant performance improvements with our latest PDF Rasterizer versions. 

Are you "extracting" images or rasterizing them.  Extracting always seemed to have been fast.  Rasterizing was brutally slow until we updated the component a couple months ago.

Thanks for getting back to us - I should have said we're rasterizing the pages, not extracting images. This is the version information from PDF Demo (also very slow!)

You are using a version from a few releases ago.  Please install the latest release to get a much improved PdfRasterizer.
