    Inspector Twain annoyance

Hey guys - nice work on Inspector Twain.  I'm *very* happy to see it being used, especially by driver developers.  Actually, I'm using Inspector Twain alongside my own Twister program as a test tool for a driver I'm writing...  I don't know if there's a way we can collaborate - but I'm happy to help: Anything that improves the quality of TWAIN drivers helps everybody in the scanning business.

The annoyance of the subject is that every time I tell Vista (Business) to shut down, the process that prevents shutdown is the Inspector Twain updater.  Looks like a 3rd party component, so presumably not your fault.

    Thank you for your feedback.

That update component doesn't seem to work well at all, especially in Vista, and we are going to be removing it from the installer.

I too am very glad we have some driver developers making improvements to be more Twain compliant.  Please feel free to share any ideas or issues you feel would help the cause.
