My company has a document scanning system they use, during the download some of the files are damaged and it will not let me scan any documents.  We have been able to pinpoint the three files I need to remove so I can re-download the software, but it will not let me delete them.  Any ideas? Listed below are the files I need to remove.

AtalasoftImgXctrl.ImgXctrl

ImgXdialog6.ImgXDialog

ImgXTwain6.ImgXTwain.

I have tried going to the files through MyComputer and Internet Tools, when I right click on the file it only gives me the properties options, and it will not let me delete or drag to the recycle bin.

Help, I am getting desperate.
