Unfortunately there is an issue with the ColorExtractCommand licensing.  I have emailed you an eval serial number that you can use for testing this command.  Color Extract should be included with an ADC license.

Yes, if you have the ADC module, you can use ColorExtractionCommand to detect if a document has color or not.
