  • RESIZE -- WHAT AM I DOING WRONG?

A simple task -- I thought.  Increase a JPG file size by 10%.  Set the resize to 110% -- use the bellfilter.  BUT each time I run the script the resulting image is the same size as the original.  I am obviously missing a step -- can anyone assist?
