Sorry for the slow reply.  The forums aren't managed the same way as our support system, and posts can fall through the cracks.  We'll look into this for you, but can you attach an image that demonstrates this problem?

Can you post some of your code here?  Or alternatively you can create a support case with us.  The MetadataDemo that is included with the SDK might also be able to help you, as it has the capability of editing EXIF data and adding thumbnails.  Does it work when you use the demo?
