Atalasoft will be releasing at least one application every single day in the month of May, showing how easy it can be to create quick and functional applications using Atalasoft's DotImage toolkit.

• We want you to join in. The project you develop and post will be voted on and we are giving out $1000 in prizes*, plus you get a chance to show off your development expertise to everyone in our community of 20,000+.
• First Prize = $500 Amazon Certificate, Second = $200 Amazon Certificate, Next 10 = $30 Amazon Certificate each
  
  *If you submit an application on behalf of your company and they do not allow the acceptance of gifts, we can donate any prize you would receive to a charity of your choice.

Here are the rules for entering an application into the Atalasoft 31 Apps in 31 Days contest:

Optional

1. You may host the application download on your site and we can link to it if you prefer
2. You may provide all source code (either free or for a price to anyone interested)
3. You may provide source code snippets that show how DotImage was used

Required:

1. The application must be a WinForms based desktop executable
2. It must use DotImage
3. The application must embed your license, or if you only have an eval, you must give Atalasoft, Inc (“Atalasoft”)  all of the code so that a license can be embedded
4. The application should be useful, freely distributable, and not time out – you may advertise a pay version that has more features
5. The application must not be malicious or offensive in any respect as determined in the sole discretion of Atalasoft – if Atalasoft hosts, Atalasoft must see and have access to all of the code
6. You must provide a text description of what the application does and instructions on how to use it.
7. If you want Atalasoft to host the application, you will have to give us written permission to do so (by signing an agreement). You still own the copyright and code, but we have permission to offer it on our site.
8. Atalasoft reserves the right to reject any entry in its sole discretion
9. Atalasoft will have permission to refer to the application(s) and promote them in its sole discretion
10. These rules will be posted on our website (http://www.atalasoft.com/events/31AppsIn31Days), and subject to change (without notice at any time)
11. We need your full name, email address and phone number (but we won’t publish them without your permission).
12. All applicants represent and warrant that they are the sole owners and/or have the right to use the all of the  application, including without limitation any code therein  
13. Atalasoft has no obligation to return any application
14. No purchase necessary.
15. Atalasoft is not responsible for lost, misdirected, or late entries.
16.  Not open to employees or immediate family members of employees of Atalasoft, its affiliates, or advertising/promotion agencies and their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, officers, employees, and agents.
