RE:WebThumbnailViewer and WebAnnotationViewer questions
1. Annotations are implemented using an MVC pattern.  The AnnotationData class and all sub-classes, including everything you need to import and export to various formats is totally decoupled from the UI components.

2. Do you want your stamp to be burned into the pixels?  If so, you should probably just use OverlayCommand, which is a lot simpler. If you want the stamp annotations to be a separate layer, then you need to use the Annotation library

3. Not via our API.  I can imagine you doing it using DOM manipulation, but it would be fragile for future versions. If you want to do it, we can help you target the right DIV in a way that we think will be as future-proof as possible.
