• Takes advantage of "flick" scrolling - click and drag a page to scroll with momentum.
• Pages load on demand as they are scrolled to.
• Support for ASP.NET and Mobile support for iOS Safari and Android Chrome browsers
• Annotation support for lines, circles, highlight, sticky note, rectangles (but not custom annotations)
• Linked thumbnails are possible, but not built-in yet.

This type of viewer has custom annotations support and linked thumbnails, but the feel is a little different and has less support for mobile:
